ODC, Inc. is governed by a 12-18 member volunteer board of directors; day-to-day operations are directed by agency President Julie Strenn, who oversees over 200 full and part-time staff members that deliver the agency’s services.

ODC Government Services, Inc.
ODC Government Services, Inc. (ODCGS) is 501(c)(4) corporation formed in 2001. ODCGS is a related corporation to ODC, Inc. ODCGS has a separate board of directors, comprised of both individuals on the ODC Board and individuals not on the ODC Board.
ODCGS has a management agreement with ODC; ODC owns all facilities and equipment related to ODCGS and provides management services for ODCGS. ODCGS owns its own inventory. A management fee is charged by ODC to ODCGS on a monthly basis.The primary purpose of ODCGS is to provide job opportunities for people with disabilities. The majority of the work performed within this corporation will be state or federal government contracts, as well as non-government vinyl contracts.
