This is an initial meeting to gauge interest in starting a Men's Shed group in the area. Join as for snacks and an open discussion surrounding common interests, insights on monthly meetings and activities and how your feedback could shape the future group as a whole.

This initial interest-gathering meeting will take place at ODC-The Berkshire Building at 1443 Water St. in Stevens Point from 5:00-6:00pm.

WHY we think this is important for our community:

Most men have learned from our culture that they don’t talk about feelings and emotions many do not take an interest in their own health and well-being. Becoming a member of a Men’s Shed provides a safe and busy environment where men can find many of these things in an atmosphere of old-fashioned friendship. And, importantly, there is no pressure. Men can just come and have a chat or dig in and work on a project.
